LinkedIn Sales Navigator Pricing 2026: The 3 Costs Nobody Lists

LinkedIn Sales Navigator pricing starts at $119.99/month. Here are the official 2026 plans, the $360/seat billing tax, and what the sticker price leaves out.

By Miljan @ Lead Scorer 10 min read

On 3 August 2026 a buyer posted on X, one week into a fresh subscription, that Sales Navigator looked like "daylight robbery" in 2026. The complaint was not the sticker price. It was the list underneath it: zero automations, 50 InMail credits for $119, and no way to save a message template. The replies did not defend LinkedIn. They named the workarounds.

That is the honest state of Sales Navigator pricing this year. The number is easy to find. What the number buys you is where the confusion lives.

The short answer

LinkedIn Sales Navigator Core costs US$119.99 per month per license on monthly billing, or US$1,079.88 per year (about $89.99/month) billed annually. Advanced starts at US$159.99 per month or US$1,799.88 per year. Advanced Plus is quote-only, generally north of $1,600 per seat per year. Those figures come from LinkedIn's own compare-plans page. None of the tiers include verified email addresses, phone numbers, sending automation or message templates, so the Sales Navigator line is typically a third of what an outbound team actually spends per rep per month.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator pricing 2026: the official plans

PlanMonthly billingAnnual billingInMail creditsWhat it adds
Core (individual)$119.99 / seat / mo$1,079.88 / seat / yr (~$89.99/mo)50 / monthAdvanced lead and company search, saved searches, custom lists, alerts
Advanced (teams)from $159.99 / seat / mo$1,799.88 / seat / yr (~$149.99/mo)50 / monthEverything in Core plus TeamLink, Smart Links, CSV account upload
Advanced Plus (enterprise)Quote only — commonly $1,600+ / seat / yr50+ / monthEverything in Advanced plus CRM sync and data validation

Two things to notice before you compare vendors. First, pricing is per seat, so a five-person team on Core is a $5,399 annual commitment before any other tool. Second, the InMail allowance does not scale with the tier — you pay 33% more for Advanced and still get the same 50 credits a month.

Cost #1: the billing-cadence tax ($360 per seat, per year)

Every pricing page shows the monthly and annual numbers side by side, and almost none of them do the subtraction. Here it is:

SeatsPaid monthly (12 x $119.99)Paid annuallyCost of flexibility
1$1,439.88$1,079.88+$360 (+33.3%)
3$4,319.64$3,239.64+$1,080
5$7,199.40$5,399.40+$1,800
10$14,398.80$10,798.80+$3,600

A 33% premium is a rational price to pay if you genuinely might cancel in month four. It is an expensive default if you sign annually anyway and just never got around to switching. Check which one you are.

Cost #2: what $119.99 does not buy

Sales Navigator is a search and monitoring product. It is very good at that, and it is the last place where LinkedIn's own graph — job changes, headcount growth, account moves — is exposed with real filters. What it deliberately does not do:

  • No verified emails or phone numbers. You get a profile, not a contact. Every email sequence you run needs a separate finder and verifier.
  • No sending automation and no templates. LinkedIn discourages third-party automation, and the product ships none of its own. Fifty InMails a month is a manual, one-at-a-time motion.
  • No qualification. A filter returns everyone who matches the filter. It has no opinion about which 60 of those 1,200 people are actually worth a message.
  • No export. Getting a list out of Sales Navigator into anything else is a third-party scraper, which is where the account-restriction stories come from.

That last one is the quiet driver of the 2026 mood shift. A widely shared YouTube walkthrough from 11 July 2026, "Delete Sales Navigator — Do This for Warmer Leads Instead", argues for dropping saved-search lists entirely and sourcing from buying signals instead. The same week, public agent repos started shipping Sales Navigator sourcing as a skill an assistant calls rather than a screen a human sits in front of — see, for example, the lead-outreach skills PR opened on 24 July 2026. Search is being demoted from a destination to a step.

Cost #3: the real monthly bill (one team's numbers)

Here is the unique atom, and it is not a vendor estimate. On 1 August 2026 an SEO agency published its full monthly tooling spend on X. Pulling out only the outbound line items and normalizing the annual ones to a month:

Line itemMonthly costWhy it exists
LinkedIn Sales Navigator$119.00Finding and monitoring the accounts
Google Workspace (multiple sending identities)$100.00Mailboxes to send from
Sequencer (Saleshandy)$69.00Because Sales Navigator sends nothing
33 outreach domains @ $13/yr$35.75Spreading sending risk
Email verification (Reoon)$29.66Because Sales Navigator has no emails
Total outbound stack$353.41 / month

Sales Navigator is 33.7% of that bill. Every other line exists to compensate for something Sales Navigator does not do. When you evaluate "is $119.99 worth it", the honest comparison is not $119.99 against zero — it is $353 against whatever an integrated alternative costs, including the hours spent gluing five tools together.

Cost per reply: the only pricing metric that matters

Fifty InMail credits at $119.99 is $2.40 per message sent, or $1.80 on annual billing. But a sent message is not an outcome. Run the same money through a reply rate and the picture changes:

InMail reply rateReplies from 50 creditsCost per reply (monthly billing)Cost per reply (annual)
5%2.5$48.00$36.00
10%5$24.00$18.00
15%7.5$16.00$12.00
25%12.5$9.60$7.20

This is arithmetic on LinkedIn's published price and credit allowance, not a benchmark — plug in your own reply rate. The useful conclusion is the shape of the curve: the difference between a 5% and a 15% reply rate is worth three times more than the difference between monthly and annual billing. Message quality dominates plan choice. Most buyers optimize the wrong one.

Is Sales Navigator worth it in 2026? Three honest profiles

Keep it if you sell to named accounts

If you have a target list of 200 logos and you need to know the day someone changes role inside them, nothing else sees LinkedIn's graph that cleanly. Buy Core annually, ignore Advanced unless you specifically need TeamLink, and treat the 50 InMails as a bonus rather than the channel.

Downgrade if search is not your bottleneck

If your list is already built and your problem is writing 200 personalized messages that do not read like a template, you are paying $119.99 for a filter you use twice a month. That budget buys considerably more sequencing and data elsewhere.

Replace it if you are one person doing everything

Founder-led sales does not have the hours to run manual search, manual enrichment, manual writing and manual follow-up across five tools. This is the case where the whole motion should be delegated rather than assembled.

The other shape of the same budget

Sales Navigator sells you a better search box. The alternative worth understanding is not another search box — it is having the sourcing done for you. Lead Scorer works as an AI SDR: you brief it in plain English the way you would brief a new rep (who you target, what qualifies a lead, what disqualifies one), and the Outbound SDR agent runs the motion. It discovers companies from the open web and from official company registries, so the firmographics are verified rather than inferred — a real company identifier, the actual registered director, no hallucinated headcount. It then scores the company and the decision-maker separately, rejects off-target leads with a written reason, drafts LinkedIn and email messages anchored on facts from the real profile, and has a second model review every message before you see it. You approve the run and launch it.

Pricing sits at €49 Solo, €99 Pro and €199 Scale per month, with inbox, LinkedIn sending, credits and an AI budget included in the plan rather than billed as four separate vendors. The six-question checklist before you renew

Run this before the renewal date, not after. Each "no" is money you can redeploy.

  1. Did you open Sales Navigator search more than four times last month? Check the actual behaviour, not the intention.
  2. Did you burn all 50 InMail credits? Unused credits do not roll over. Half-used credits double your real cost per message.
  3. Are you paying monthly on a subscription you have held over a year? That is the $360 line above, per seat.
  4. How many separate tools does a single lead pass through between "found" and "messaged"? Three or more means you are paying an integration tax in hours as well as dollars.
  5. Are you on Advanced for TeamLink specifically? If nobody has used a warm-intro path this quarter, Core does the same job for $40 less per seat per month.
  6. What is your cost per reply? If you cannot compute it from the table above, that is the first thing to fix — before the plan, before the tooling.

Bottom line

LinkedIn Sales Navigator pricing in 2026 is $119.99 a month for Core, $159.99 for Advanced, and a conversation for Advanced Plus. The published number is accurate and almost beside the point. The costs that decide whether it was a good purchase are the 33% billing-cadence premium, the four other products you buy to make it usable, and a cost per reply that swings five-fold on message quality alone. Price the motion, not the seat.

Frequently asked questions

How much does LinkedIn Sales Navigator cost in 2026?

Sales Navigator Core is US$119.99 per month per license on monthly billing, or US$1,079.88 per year (about $89.99/month) on annual billing. Advanced starts at US$159.99 per month or US$1,799.88 per year. Advanced Plus is quote-only and typically lands above $1,600 per seat per year. Those are LinkedIn's own published figures on its compare-plans page.

Is the annual plan actually cheaper?

Yes, and by more than most people assume. Paying monthly costs $119.99 x 12 = $1,439.88 per seat per year versus $1,079.88 annually. That is a $360 per-seat premium, or 33% more, purely for billing flexibility. On a five-rep team it is $1,800 a year.

Does Sales Navigator include email addresses?

No. Core and Advanced give you search, lists, alerts and InMail credits, not verified work emails or phone numbers. Every team running email sequences pays for a separate finder and verifier on top, which is why the real monthly bill is usually two to three times the Sales Navigator line item.

How many InMails do you get for $119.99?

Core includes 50 InMail credits per month. That works out to $2.40 per InMail on monthly billing, or $1.80 on annual billing, before you count a single reply. Cost per reply is the number that matters, and it runs from roughly $10 to $48 depending on your reply rate.

Is Sales Navigator worth it in 2026?

It is worth it if LinkedIn search is your bottleneck and you have named accounts to track. It is poor value if your bottleneck is writing and sending personalized outreach, because Sales Navigator does not automate anything, does not give you contact data, and does not let you save message templates.

What are the main LinkedIn Sales Navigator alternatives?

For pure contact data: Apollo, Clay, Findymail. For LinkedIn sequencing: lemlist, Waalaxy, La Growth Machine. For teams who want the sourcing itself automated, an AI SDR like Lead Scorer discovers companies from the web and from official company registries, scores them, and drafts the outreach, so there is no seat to burn on manual search.

Can you get Sales Navigator for free?

Only through the 30-day trial LinkedIn offers new users, and it requires a payment method. There is no permanent free tier. LinkedIn's free search caps you on commercial use limits each month, which is precisely the wall the paid tier is designed to remove.

Does Sales Navigator allow automation?

No. LinkedIn's terms discourage third-party automation and Sales Navigator ships no native sending automation, no sequences and no message templates. Any automation you add sits outside the product and carries account risk.
