Lead Scorer

Skills library

Run Lead Scorer with AI agents — the exact playbooks we use.

Every skill below is a self-contained prompt for Claude or ChatGPT, built on the Lead Scorer MCP. Copy it, paste it into your agent, and it sources leads, enriches them, writes the cold email, runs the follow-up cadence and scores its own drafts — with you reviewing every send.

Foundations

Do these once. Every other skill reads what they produce.

Start here

ICP & offer context pack

The 20-minute setup every other skill reads first: who you sell to, what disqualifies a lead, and the proof you can actually claim.

  • One context block every other skill reuses instead of re-asking you
  • Disqualifiers written down — the thing nobody documents and everybody needs
Once, then revisit quarterly · 4 MCP tools

ICP scoring rubric

Turn “good fit” into a number your agent applies the same way on Monday and on Friday.

  • A written rubric with weights, not vibes — reproducible across runs
  • Every lead scored with a two-line explanation tied to your criteria
Once, then recalibrate every ~100 scored leads · 5 MCP tools

Sourcing & audiences

Where net-new leads come from: verticals, the official registry, warm signals.

Start here

Daily vertical prospecting

One new niche every day: source real companies and decision-makers, land them in a clean list.

  • A fresh, deduplicated list of companies + contacts per vertical
  • Coverage tags so the agent never re-does the same segment

Registry-first company sourcing

Source from the official French company registry, then verify on the open web before anything enters the CRM.

  • Prospects grounded in official registry data (SIREN, NAF, age, size)
  • A web-verification pass that kills ghosts before they pollute your CRM

Signal audiences — engagers to pipeline

Capture the people engaging with any LinkedIn post or profile and turn them into an enriched, scored list.

  • LinkedIn engagers captured into a Lead Scorer list automatically
  • Deduplicated, enriched, and scored against your ICP

Enrichment & signals

Turn a raw list into leads you can actually write to.

Start here

Lead enrichment pipeline

Turn a raw list into campaign-ready leads: profile + company enrichment, contact finding, AI summaries.

  • Every lead enriched (profile, company, email) before outreach
  • AI summary + insights per lead, ready for personalization

Contact discovery (spend last)

The most expensive call in the platform, run only on leads you have decided to contact.

  • Emails found only for leads that will actually be written to
  • A cost estimate before anything is spent, never after
Once per campaign, right before drafting · 5 MCP tools

Verified signal dossier

Two verified signals per lead before a single word gets written — and an honest skip when there is nothing true to say.

  • A ranked signal hierarchy per lead, each with a source
  • A hard gate: no two verified signals, no message
Before every campaign · 6 MCP tools

Outreach messaging

Email that reads like a person wrote it — first touch, follow-ups, replies.

Core

Cold email first touch

Under 150 words, one ask, an opener about them — written per lead from real signals, and never sent without you.

  • One genuinely per-lead first email, not a template with a merge field
  • Subject lines that look like internal mail, not campaigns

Follow-up sequence with a real angle

Day 1 / 4 / 9 / 16 / 25 / 35 — every touch carries a new angle, and the breakup email is the one that gets answers.

  • A full sequence where each follow-up stands alone, no “just checking in”
  • Increasing gaps and an explicit exit rule per lead
Right after the first touch is approved · 5 MCP tools

Cold email en français

French B2B outreach that sounds French — vouvoiement, short lowercase subjects, and none of the translated-from-English tells.

  • Emails written in French, not translated from an English template
  • The French-specific formulas that instantly read as spam, banned by name

AI-authored campaign drafts

The agent writes one genuinely personal message per lead — you review and activate in the app.

  • A draft multichannel campaign wired to your sender accounts
  • Per-lead messages written from real enrichment context, not templates

Reply triage & response drafting

Classify every answer — interested, timing, wrong person, no — and draft the one reply that moves it forward.

  • A consistent classification instead of gut-feel inbox sorting
  • A drafted response per reply, in context, with one question maximum

LinkedIn outreach

Connection notes and post-accept messages, inside LinkedIn's real limits.

Core

LinkedIn connection requests that get accepted

Signal-first notes under 200 characters, real daily caps respected, and a hard skip when there is nothing true to say.

  • Connection notes built on a dated signal, not “I'd love to grow my network”
  • Volume kept inside LinkedIn's real limits — the account is the asset

Post-accept LinkedIn follow-up

The message after the accept — the one most people never send, or send as a pitch three seconds later.

  • A short value-first message once the connection is live, not an instant pitch
  • Two follow-ups with genuinely different angles, then a clean stop

The inbound side: daily briefs, drafts, visuals, calendar.

Start here

Briefs → LinkedIn posts

Turn each day's briefs into 1-3 human-sounding LinkedIn drafts — fact-first hooks, operator voice, zero AI slop.

  • 1-3 draft posts per brief, one per genuinely distinct angle

Ops & performance

Quality gates, deliverability, and reading the numbers honestly.

Advanced

Outreach QA & scoring gate

Score every draft out of 100 before it ships — anything under 70 gets rewritten, not sent.

  • A deterministic rubric applied to every message in a campaign
  • Automatic rewrite-and-rescore of everything below threshold

Deliverability preflight

Ten minutes of checks before the first send — sender health, list quality, and the domain you should not be sending from.

  • A go / no-go verdict before a campaign burns your domain
  • List quality measured, not assumed — bounces are a sourcing problem

Campaign performance teardown

Read the numbers, name the broken link — list, subject, or personalization — and fix the drafts still in the queue.

  • A diagnosis that names one cause, not a list of generic optimizations
  • Fixes applied to the messages still unsent, not just recommendations

How to use a skill

  1. Create a free Lead Scorer account, then generate an MCP key in Settings.
  2. Connect the MCP server (https://mcp.lead-scorer.com/mcp) to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex — the in-app MCP page has copy-paste snippets for each.
  3. Install the skills, whichever way fits your setup:
    • Claude Codedownload the bundle and unzip the folders into ~/.claude/skills/ (or .claude/skills/ for one project).
    • claude.ai — download a skill's own zip from its page, then Settings → Capabilities → Skills → upload, and enable it. One zip per skill; needs a plan with code execution.
    • ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex — copy the skill text and paste it as a custom or project instruction.
  4. Edit the "My inputs" block with your ICP, then run it — or schedule it daily and review what lands in Lead Scorer.
