The MCP server gives your agent the tools. The skills library gives it the method. Each skill is a self-contained SKILL.md — the same routines we run Lead Scorer with, genericised — that you can drop into Claude Code or upload to claude.ai.
Installing a skill
- Download a single skill and drop the file into .claude/skills/ in your project.
- Or download the whole library as one archive and unpack it in the same place.
- Every skill assumes the Lead Scorer MCP server is connected, and states which tools it exercises.
What the library covers
- Foundations
- Do these once. Every other skill reads what they produce.
- Sourcing & audiences
- Where net-new leads come from: verticals, the official registry, warm signals.
- Enrichment & signals
- Turning a raw list into leads you can actually write to.
- Outreach messaging
- Email that reads like a person wrote it — first touch, follow-ups, replies.
- LinkedIn outreach
- Connection notes and post-accept messages, inside LinkedIn's real limits.
- Content engine
- The inbound side: daily briefs, drafts, visuals, calendar.
- Ops & performance
- Quality gates, deliverability, and reading the numbers honestly.
The learning path
Installed in this order, each skill consumes what the previous one produced. The published path on /skills is the canonical version.
- 1
Write down who you sell to
The ICP and offer context pack every other skill reads before it guesses.
- 2
Source real companies daily
A repeatable vertical prospecting routine against the official registry.
- 3
Enrich before you write
Get the business context on the table before a single sentence is drafted.
- 4
Find two true signals per lead
A research dossier that gives the message something real to hang on.
- 5
Draft the first touch
A first email under 150 words with one ask, built on verified signals.
- 6
Score it before it ships
A fixed rubric that rewrites anything below threshold before you ever see it.
- 7
Fix what the numbers say
Read campaign performance honestly and change one thing at a time.
